i tried out this new hair salon here in my town that has looked enticing for quite some time. when i walked in...they offer me a drink, and i ask what they have and i get an option of either coke diet coke pepsi diet pepsi or water...all of them are ice cold sitting in a big fridge by the dooor. once they give me my diet pepsi...they lead me to one of their booths. i get my own personal booth, and as my stylist is prepping me she turns on a 30 inch plasma thats above the miror and tells me i can watch whatever i want. the football game is on...so i turn it on and watch the game. before my haircut starts..she tells me that if im thristy to get a dirnk because it will be a few minutes until i get another chance. gulp. she starts cutting my hair and is doing an awesome job..i love the tingles i get on the back of my neck whe a good stylist is trimming me up.. she gets done with my hair..and says its time to shampoo and rinse. s we walk to the back and she gives me head a shower..fucking amazingly perfect water temperature that was as hot as it could be without being too hot. just perfect. we go back to the booth, and she cleans it up the last little bit, and then takes off the little black cover and says i can drink again; but there is one last step untill we were through. so she pulls out a towel and puts it over the back of my neck and across my back and pulls out this huge electronic massager and proceeds to give me a back/neck masssage for about 5 minutes while i drink my diet pepsi and watch the end of the football game.
now thats what i call customer service!!!
