Jeff, i would agree. I drive a lot at my job so I keep coolers and maybe more coolers in the hatchback so I'm always keeping the amino's high. Just like keeping some blankets and pillows on the first floor in case I have a hard leg day I'm going to keep my amino's high.

get canned salmon has 10 grams of omega 3's and only about 2.40 cents with 70 grams of protien.

I'll check that out; the canned chicken breast they have here is nearly 5 bucks for 60 grams of protein.

its the omega 3's you desperately need when under 8 percent bodyfat in order to keep losing along with plenty of water

also wearing warmer clothes because you have less bodyfat to insulate you
