We'll tell you to get back on the sauce/start getting big again. There's tons of skinny people but not many people who are jacked. 3% may be an accomplishment but I can't see anyone maintaining it. Someone post his front lat spread pic where he looked huge.

same thing I do in when i read everyone of your posts, roll my eyes and think what a complete idiot you are when you run your mouth.  Go back to school, get a real job and then try to hit your 3% BF, then I'll give you some credit.  Living in your mom's basement and mooching off of your parents is pathetic.

ps-cleaning the fountain drink counter at 7-11 isn't a "real" job.

With the amount of mass you have, i would laugh my ass off.

Why not take 100MG of test prop. / 50MG winstroll e.d. ? You will keep most of the mass, and it won't harm you in any way.
