Is it even possible to build that kind of mass training like that? Is that how powerful the drugs really are?  :-\

I know form is kind of a touchy point with people but silvio is awesome at cheating at just about everything in this video :)

Well, Dennis already won the World Championships without having even talked to Milos once, so you can be sure that he built 95 % of his mass with "real" training. ;)

They normally train late in the evening when the pros are there i think. probably after hours...

Milos' fee is $500/h, i wonder what the monthly fee for the gym would be if you get the chance to peek over to him training the pros...

I think it would be 50.000$/month.

You could train like that I suppose?

You have invitation to come and train with me, Dennis and others I train later next year and we could make a deal.
Workouts are free  AS LONG AS YOU FINISH THEM...otherwise you have to pay my regular fee (which is not cheap - as my getbig fans could confirm in a second ;))

It is nothing wrong with believing and talking the talk...until (unfortunately) the time when you have to walk the walk...

There is only one way to find out?!

1101 South Placentia Avenue
Fullerton , CA 92831

714/680-8881

Now - between 10 AM and 2 PM is SLOW (and that's when I train my guys...or do the video shooting - as we need a "room" for couple of exercises in a row...)

I think it would be 50.000$/month.

As low as $18/month (3 year contract) or as low as $29/month...and sometimes FREE if I see someone who really wants to train but can't afford the membership.

Same goes for my fee...I gave ten times more FREE advice than PAID advice...but nevertheless - I post my fees to show the world what I am worth...

Actually - I can't charge exactly that (what I am worth) - it would be unreasonable so I settle for $500/hour (considering that I know several trainers who get MUCH MORE having NO CREDENTIALS whatsoever).

Whoever question my knowledge - is WELCOME to come to my gym and tape our discussion...or come to any of my numerous seminars...I would LOVE to answer ANY question they might have (I haven't got ONE so far that I didn't have MY OPINION on THE BEST POSSIBLE ANSWER - as I always do exactly that: NOT GIVE JUST SIMPLE ANSWER - BUT THE BEST POSSIBLE ANSWER I could come up with!

Whoever question my experience - is welcome to see my resume (competitive and as a trainer)...

And WHOEVER has impossible task to accomplish (regarding training, dieting...etc) - give me a shot - I love impossible challenges the most!

You expect a natural trainee to keep up with pros? Or do you compensate for this?

My insulin cycle is copied in millions of copies and is circulating the world...

Interestingly - I always amaze myself with my own "stupidities" looking at the "Milos Insulin Cycle" I often get from my clients...

Well, Milos contest cycle or off season cycle is no better...People usually take my week recommendation as DAILY REQUIREMENT - as happened so many times!

OK, I should use this opportunity to address this issue publicly: THE REAL MILOS CYCLES are usually 7 times weaker than the most common one circulating around.

My weekly recommendations are presented as daily...somehow? So IF you really want to listen to my real advice - see amounts I posted here in my "dialog" with gh15 (as I urge all of "users" to remember - taking something is ONE THING and abusing something is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT).

That is damn good of you to do something like that.  Give a FREE membership to someone who wants to train but cannot afford it.  I have only heard of that being done a handful of times....all great people.  Any of the gyms i go to would never even THINK of doing that.  Your rates are also very low and reasonable.

Why dont we have more people in this world like Milos?  Who actually LIKE to HELP people?  I have more respect for Milos than most people i have ever met or come in contact with, and iv never even met him yet.  Im sure one day i will, and i hope one day i can get my ass kicked through one of his leg workouts! (you gotta be retarted to look foward to that  ;D)

i wouldn't miss the chance if i was a bit nearer!

All the invitations he made so far, "come around and train with us if you dare."

How can you not go if you are near there?

Yeah i reckon Milos training style looks awesome (and tough). And it looks cool all the guys training together, makes it seem kinda like a team training together. I'd love to go, but living in Australia, it probably won't happen. But you never know.
No doubt about it...
