Question about eggs..

I was thinking about making scrambled eggs ahead of time and saving them so I can reheat them in the morning (for a couple days).  Has anyone tried this, I don't want to do it if the eggs go bad really easy or taste gross...

ummmmmm the best way to pre-cook eggs is to hardboil them.   but scrambled eggs should last fine for a few days as well.... i know that the scrambled eggs in pork fried rice dont go bad immidietly, so theres no reason that they should go bad in your case. but again...IMO, the best way to pre-cook eggs is to hardboil them.

HOw much time are you really trying to save? It doesn't take but a couple minutes to scramble up a few eggs.

it will taste like shit, instead, buy a large amount of eggs and use one big empty milk plastic thingy, crack the eggs and put all of them into the milk carton.
Put in the fridge next time you want to make eggs you just shake the damn thing and off you go.

I make 3 days worth all the time (mixed with spinach and stuff).  Works great and tastes fine.

Separating is time consuming (for me) and messy.  I'd rather make a mess every three days than everyday  :P

Much cheaper. If you buy eggs in bulk (5 dozen at at time), pretty cheap..
