the biggest and the strongest, plain and simple, it isn't the guys wearing Tap Out, growling while quarter repping 275 on smith machine squats, the guys wearing straps to train chest, the guys doing pusssy weight giant sets, the guys staring at the ground between sets, the guys doing high jumps, jumping jacks supersetted with pushups or any of that bullshit, discuss.

good I thought we had lost focus of who is really the most hardcore.  Hopefully everyone will follow suite and realize what weightlifting is really for, getting as big and strong as possible.
