If you have large gallstones they could get stuck on the way out, possibly resulting in an emergency gallbladder removal.

Try Liv52.   You can get it at Whole Foods.  They call it something else now these days, but still made by the same manufacturer.  I've used it and it brought my liver enzymes down.

Ive done one using olive oil and lemon juice with excellent results, its for the gall bladder and liver. Gets rid of gall stones.
