one thing about quads is to hit it as far outside as possible, like where your pantseam line is...go in dead sideways and you will have better luck, but i still got a few bad shots in this area.

lat injections made me cramp up too much. for some reason my lats are very sensitive and when i pin there they will cramp up like crazy for a few days. i only did it twice in each lat and i'll never do it again.

I always went straight up from the knee almost dead center of the leg as instructed by my doctor and never once in 9 months had any issues shooting EOD

That's another good spot...i've successfully pinned about 8 different locations. far outside seems the most comfortable but i used to switch it up.

Well I would assume it's because you made one of your regular retarded comments...not sure though because I haven't been online...must have been Rim but if he removed it, I'm sure I would have done the same since we typically see eye to eye.
