I can't find the info on any specific lawsuits by Republicans(though I haven't spent much time looking) but there are plenty of examples of Republicans (especially Blackwell) aggressively fighting any attempt at a re-count and the evidence of ELECTION FRAUD is overwhelming to say the least.
The neo-CON's and their boy king Bush will tell you to just forget about it.
