2007 A BANNER YEAR FOR STRONG & SHAPELY  & BOB BONHAM
Strong & Shapely Gym Featured in Powerlifting USA;
Bonham Included in New Book

For Immediate Release:
NEW YORK—2007 was a proverbial banner year for STRONG
AND SHAPELY GYM in East Rutherford, NJ and its owner,
fitness expert BOB BONHAM. The gym was featured in the
national sports magazine Powerlifting USA’s November
2007 issue as the “Hardcore Gym of the Month,” and its
owner, Bob Bonham, was recently profiled in the
self-help book How to Climb Your Ladder of Success
Without Running Out of Gas!: The Simple Truth on How
to Revitalize Your Body and Ignite Your Energy for
Lifelong Success by John M. Rowley (Morgan James
Publishing, $16.95), released on December 1, 2007.  In
addition, Bob Bonham will be an advisor in an upcoming
Men’s Health magazine article to be published in 2008
about “The Best Advice from the Best Gyms in America."
The article will give fitness tips from the country’s
leading gym owners and talk about places to train and
“not just work out.” Bob Bonham’s tips for healthy
eating for busy people were featured in the September
2007 issue of Men’s Exercise magazine in the
“Fantastic Facts” column.  New Jersey’s WOR TV News
(Channel 9) also interviewed Bonham as a consultant
during “sweeps week” for a feature on Hollywood’s new
diet aids.  The TV news show “Inside Edition”
interviewed bodybuilder Gregg Valentino at Strong and
Shapely for a human-interest story.  Finally, the gym
was also used for a photo shoot for several local
amateur bodybuilders for the Web site
Bodybuilding.com.

Bob and S&S will also be in the next two issues of MuscleMag (310 & 11). Bob lets me shoot (photograph) bodybuilders there whenever I ask and is a stand-up guy, one of the best.

I agree. Bob may look a bit loopy, but he's a very funny guy and a solid dude.

Congrats, Bob!

He's kept himself in tremendous shape and is an inspiration to me, even if I haven't started following his nutritional advice just yet.  :)
