When did he ever claim to be a steroid expert? I don't remember him ever saying that he knew lots about steroids.

 50mg of anadrol is standard but still may be alot for most guys. Some more adventuerous guys may use 100mg daily but 50 is usually the standard but to some it may be too much. Most people I know use half a tab a day.
