I told you how I did my good mornings and then you decided you want legs together... fine..I'll go with that. I'm still waiting on a pm from Ron saying you set it up and paypal'd him 500 bucks as proof that your bank account can cash the check your mouth is writing for you on this one. I put up 500 bucks for 10 good mornings with 315lbs with a closed stance. Or you going to find a way to circumvent this one too.

seriously though back on track here. Squats are the foundation for ANY lifting regimen. Bodybuilding or powerlifting. If you don't squat, you are going to suck and you shouldnt bother lifting at all.
This heavy compound movement triggers strength gains for ALL other exercises, triggers more production of natural GH and test from your own body. It strengthens your core also which is extremely important for functional strength.
If I could only do one exercise at the gym due to time constraints, or whatever...it would be squats.
Its not just for your legs stark. I would have figured you would have known that so you are obviously fishing for something here, just not sure what.
