Than in my entire life Milos? Let's not get delutional now.you do good with the chems (exept insulin which screwed up bbing to no end) like I said, I haven't dieted down for almost 20 years and you know as well as I, 2-3 more shows would have me damn near dialed in. BUT, exept for 1 out of all the people you had in that show, my conditioning was better and that's not saying much!

Coach - I am precisely telling you that IF you stop being ignorant and stubborn I can make you better than ever in matter of 3 MONTHS!!!
Money back guarantee...as promised here on GETBIG....

"My guys" were Dennis Wolf, Johnnie Jackson and Hidetada Yamagishi...Guys you are talking about are few friends who did Excalibur show for fun - gaining necessary experience for the next season...None of them I prepared...few I advised with couple of things - but far and away from "dialing them in"...

Milos,

What would you do different for Joe here? How can you make him come in better? Can sipping on your specialized drinks during the workout and lots of giant sets/supersets do the trick as you proclaim?

The only thing I can see is that he had about 5-6 more lbs to lose if even that. Maybe a little bit of water.

 Speak on this, Milos.

Would you like my answer this second or immediately - sir? ::)

Milos...u are a great guy and were a great bb...but u act like a jealous bitch towards Joe.

1. he looks/looked excellent

2. he's right about insulin fucking up the look of bodybuilders,,,and the waist more important.

 :'( :'( :'(You got me...

How did you just figure me out? I thought nobody would notice! >:(

I am beyond jealous bitch towards Joe.
I mean look at him - who wouldn't be jealous?
Some guys just have everything - brain, body, looks, personality, MUSCLES  ::)...

But, one day...one day - I will be just as good - you'll see...
If Joe went zero carbs for only 8 weeks - I'll do 9...and the waist more important(? ????)...

Ok, back on my computer (I posted from my crackberry while shopping...again :-\).

1. No, I don't want to hire you, especially for $500 per hour...I'd have to be a COMPLETE idiot!

2. I really don't pay much attention to your insults, you mention in 3 decades, in the first decade, I competed maybe 6 times and did not compete the other 2 decades. Just as the same as it is today as it was 20 years ago, the ends don't justify the means. I completed this time because 1. I wanted too 2. I had the money (on which I'll never get back) and 3. Because of encouragment from my wife, I had the time.

3. And I never said this before, I know EXACTLY what went wrong and it happend with in the last day or so before the show, again, just as a comparison

Here's one of your guys TWO DAYS out....

Here's me approximately 3 weeks out......

Honestly....from a bodybuilding standpoint.  His guy has better genetics and has only been training 2 yrs.  You also look like you have a saggy old man butt and hamstrings.  Also, narrow clavicle.  Looks like your weight class at that show was VERY weak...but cant fault a guy for wanting to compete....just dont bash others when you arent so great.  It also boggles my mind how you can compare yourself to Milos, when he has destroyed any physique you could possibly attain with his own and people he has trained.

Your choice...After all competing 6 times before taking 20 year break...and than hiring someone to prepare you (sad - considering that YOU ARE  a trainer yourself...but WISE - as you know that you cannot get yourself in shape so maybe someone else could...)...Not bad...

And thank God you've LEARNED something and you KNOW what went wrong - as 20 years from now when you enter another show (as you probably 1- wouldn't want to do nothing for a long time, 2- would not have a money and 3- your wife would have no heart to encourage you to make a fool out of yourself again - at least FOR A WHILE...) - you will know EXACTLY what to do...But, I suggest you write it down...as 20 years from now who knows if you could remember it?

And looking at your photos 3 weeks out I wonder why you stopped training and dieting for full 3 weeks before the show?

You must know some method I've never heard about!

Care to elaborate?

No, the guy has not been training for only 2 years.

Whatever that guy had he totally destroyed with the Synthol. A damn shame.

.....and the dumbest post of the day goes to Milos Sarcev!! Hey Milos, are you saying that all the pro's you have "trained" are too stupid to train themselves? Epic sticking your foot in you're mouth.

You can say that again :-X

Hey this kid has great genetics and great shape, I never took that away from him, I was talking about conditioning. About my class, the dude who won the Lt.Heavys was (is) an IFBB pro and his contest record will prove. The rest of the top 5 have competed multiple times this year.

My class in the Masters Heavys was won by David Hughs, a dude who has been trying to turn pro for like a hundred years. Most of the guys who places ahead of me were sponsered.......Hughs, by Gaspari.

Hughs........

Me.......

EPIC monster meltdown...poor Coach...
Are you saying TOP PROS are all personal trainers?
Now...I did not say personal trainers should NOT HIRE someone who knows MORE than them...I was referring ONLY to you.

After all - you are NOT IFBB pro ( ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D)...and ONLY job that you have is (if I am not wrong?) - TRAINING other individuals...
So, IN YOUR CASE - lack of confidence that you are going to be able to prepare yourself for a show - is somewhat comical (but IN YOUR CASE understandable...While you can fool your clients - you can't fool yourself - as IF YOU KNOW HOW {to prepare, train, eat, diet, deplete...THINK} - YOU SURE would not ask other(s)... ;D

And - the fact that TOP PROS come to me - MAYBE could be somewhat good indication that I could possibly know what I am talking about...and IF I can make a difference in a look of the pros in matter of 3 months GUESS what could I do to individual with virtually no muscle (aaaand that would be - YOU ;) . Now, don't forget I am giving you a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE...Remember?)

As for your second remark - I guess you can say the same for "my guy"...you are forgeting that his pic is from 2 DAYS OUT and yours was 3 WEEKS OUT - as you so proudly claimed. ;D

Hey, you do a good job with most of them, you seem to know exactly what the judges are looking for and you give that to them (and this is why the judging is so screwed up). This is the thing Milos, I hate the way most of the pros look, we discussed this on the phone and you agreed.

Yeah, and we were both soft the day of the show....what's your point?

oh and dont compare me to yourself....lots of fat on top of muscle makes you appear bigger IN clothes, but how do you look with your shirt off?...exactly  ;)

i don't care what the scale says you DON'T LOOK LIKE you weigh 216, i REALLY want to see this 405 barbell incline now, there is no way you press that.
