Yeah you caught that crap, so I guess some school is going to hand her a H.S diploma cause I have never heard of a retarded kid graduating at 16, at 16 your a freshman and a sophmore at latest.

It's possible for her to graduate early. As a working kid in Hollywood, Jackie Coogan's law demands she be provided a tutor, and I doubt Nickleodeon will be thrilled about having a pregnant Zoey, ...so her school work might be put on the fast track if ya know what I mean. I think there'll be a baby in her future before the cap n' gown though.  :-\

I don't think the Coogan Act has anything to do with education.  It was something they put together to protect the earnings of children so they don't ripped off like Jackie Coogan did.  Having a tutor on set is something the state or federal law requires.  Unless they added education in but that wouldn't make sense.

the show has been put on hold and there's thoughts that this next season wont even take place.

what i saw on some entertainment show yesterday.
