I haven't done flat bench for awhile, but a year ago it was 225x10, I currently do 220x6 for incline..(I was heavier for the flat bench) I just did 400lbsx6 for deadlift, and I started working out the old legs later, this bulk (started 3 months ago) I started really squatting, and I've done 285x6 ass to grass. Barbell row was 225x6...
