actualy im just trying to get some of the gear bashers to realize we are not cheating. we are wworking hard and doing our best just like them. we just have different goals. i wouldnt bash someone for not taking drugs, so why bash some one for taking them. we all have a head on our shoulders and make our own decisions. back in arnolds day everone got along. natty or not. now theres a crusade against gear users...but is our sport. if people dont like it...join a natty board or only support natty events. it pisses me off cuz i know how hard all these guys work. theres no need to put them down.

never get it tested. and dont go near a scale till weigh ins. the judges dont ask bf% or your wt so those things dont matter. as long as you look lean it doesnt matter the %.

ive seen the pics and he looks big. but thats the point big is the easy part, its the 12 weeks of hell that takes the willpower to succceed. so he goes to the gym, no time frame to hit his goal and gets bigger.....how hard is that? isnt that what most 17yr olds do? now eat 8xa day, cardio, work fulltime train and have a relationship at the same time. hard work? my giel alone is hard work.

if you get under 2% the skindex read Err."error" as it cant read it. thats the lowest ive seen in person.

judging from his pics, you and i both know he is holding at least 25% BF.

if he dieted down to 10% (good luck) and didn't lose any lean in the process he's still only be 200 pounds at 5'11- and that's optimally. you can bet it'd would come out to be roughly 10% @ 190 at 5'11.
