1ml = 1mg.

you can hit 1ml with every injection(im no doctor so do some internet research).

typically 1ml = 1mg. depends on where you get from.

ive heard of women doing and the get revved up. do an internet search, there are several processes that the b12  helps with so if you have extra in the system it aint a bad thing. read up.
