The same thing crossed my mind when I first read the "waiting list part."  Granted chaos isnt a garbage man anyway, the fact that a certain job has a "waiting list" in itself doesnt make it any better.  Where I live there's one cab company that treats it's drivers better than the others, so all the Somalian refugees (who make up 90% of the cab drivers here) apply to that one cab company and as a result it's hard to get into and has a waiting list...doesnt make the job any more glorious though.
