It is impressive tho.  At last someone takes responsibility for their obesity and uses diet and excercise to improve their condition.  What a lame ass for getting so fat in the first place, but respect for digging his way back out.

About 2 years ago I had some girl come to me asking for help.  She was 5'3 and weighed 350 lbs and was having a ton of medical problems.  I felt bad so I told her I would help her out with a diet and a training program for free and she showed me EXACTLY why she was so fat.  She made every fucking excuse in the world and never stopped complaining about shit.   It pissed me right the fuck off and she was a total waste of time.   People can be so fucking lazy.
