Really where am I bitter.  I point out facts and I am bitter.  then if that is the case then yes I am bitter.   And actually everything is going really so far.  The eating habits have changed 180 degrees and my strength is better.  I no longer do cardio at the gym  Way to boring for me.  So I lift then I walk in this park off Blue Diamond.  It is really hilly and it is a lot less boring.  Plus I walk in the casinos a lot.  I bet I get in a couple miles a day now.  By the end of February I will be at least 100 down if not more.  We'll see.

and now that we are close to a new year I am getting ready to hit the diet and cardio tp make sure that everything is right for the spring..


onlyme...please don't stop the cardio, I know that it is boring but it is great for the heart..

now I am back to training in the morning..I try to squeeze in 20-30 after each work out
