Q for gh15 and everyone else - (mild diuretic)

Lets say you are offseason, but holding too much water on you.

How can you get rid of that water in order to "clear" your skin and improve your apearence a bit?

Can you use a mild diuretic? Lets say hydrochlorothiazide..... .doses and frequency throughout the day and how many days?

Also, any precautionary measures?

you could just lower the carbs and increase the fats.. youll gain just as fast, if not faster, and you will be drier.

Eat less carbs...eat just enough to make sure you're still growing...it doesn't take that much...guys you see eating as much carbs per day as Jay are out of their minds...it takes a genetic freak to need or to be able to use an extremely large quantity of carbs per day efficiently.

Also, try using an AI, adex or letro.

Save the diuretics for contest.

In my case that was not "mild", it hit me pretty hard.

Dandelion root is a great product, I concur.

BTW, I have it figured out who GH15 is.  The evidence is everywhere.  A clue, he has to do with the Alin board.

This is who I thought he was for a long time...a lot of things he's said seemed to point that way. However, he's made it a point to absolutely slam Alin and his whole deal pretty hard lately, so that makes me think otherwise.

AJ, honestly the guy has some great info so really he could be Mickey Mouse for all I care, but the thrill of the hunt is kinda fun so I thought I would chime in.  Anyway, I could be way off but the way Alin slammed genxxl a couple of times and the broken english that both of them use, amoungst other tiny clues tells me it is him all the way.  Maybe I am way off, who knows, just my 2c.  Take care guys......
