Will Giants beat Pats next week?
« on: December 23, 2007, 06:59:06 PM »
Neither team has anything to play for, playoffs wise.

Pats have the pressure on them.  Giants are clinched and don't have any pressure.

Anyone think the Giants might be able to beat them?

Is this the same idea as the playing scared thing you where talking about before the pats thumped the steelers?

I think the Giants will be careful how they play. They have a lot of injuries.

If the Giants run the ball like they did this past weekend than they should win.

Just don't let Eli throw the ball and I think we're safe.  Never thought I'd say that!

The Giants have nothing to play for, they are locked in seed wise so they probably won't play the starters that much. The Patriots are going for history so they'lll play the starters until they build a big enough lead.

I think most importantly most starters will play because they have a two week lay off going into the playoffs. To much time off leads to a rusty football team.

The pats are pretty good at taking away a teams best attack. Look for them to make Manning beat them in the air.

Can you imagine the frenzy this dude's whipping up for the playoffs?
