it is technically not a building; its classified differently. the burj dubai will be some 800 feet taller anyway 
as it stands currently i believe it is near the 2000 foot mark already, making it the tallest structure period on earth already and it still has about 650 ft to go.

this is a building that will be double yes DOUBLE the height of the former world trade center.

the 2000 foot Chicago Spire is also currently under construction here in the US, but they are still olny on foundation work
