There are certain people, from media talking heads to everyday high school dropouts, that will vehemently defend the political positions and party of whoever is in office. In the real world, they're called "Yes-men" or "kiss asses". In politics, they are called cheerleaders. They always claim to have voted for whoever is in office, and they always defend any actions and positions this leader takes, no matter how good or bad it is. They blindly do this, because they feel it is their "obligation".
People like this are dangerous in the political spectrum because they allow crimes to be committed, even defending those criminals because they believe it's the "right" thing to do. They don't care about laws, the future, or anything else - they only care about cheering for the winning team.
They don't have loyalty - they only have obligated worship. These people defended Hitler as he trained people to death camps, just as they defended dictators and criminals throughout history. They are enablers, and they are as bad (or worse) than the criminal himself.
Political cheerleaders don't love America. They love their boss.
