Hey all, I've been reading on the forums for a long time but only recently joined.  I've seen all the warm welcomes on the forum threads labeled "Hello I'm new" and decided to post.  I've been working out for only 2 months and here are my pics feel free to comment .......

Yea my max numbers are Flat bench 305 for 15, deadlift 600 for 10, squat 800 for 8, shoulder press 305 for 8

its "The Machinist" and the guy was right, the pic is from "Rescue Dawn", and it isnt Bale.

Sorry, you are right. Never saw either...a little loopy right now. Heard they were both good movies. Maybe I should rent them.
