Anybody guess whats new with melvin anfonys physique over the last 2 Mr O`s ? Anybody ?

Well he`s been placing better becos of the fact that his physique flows better due to him steamlining his legs DOWN in size from what they were.I remember shawn ray saying mels legs were too big for him.

I think Phils kinda getting close to that problem aswell...be aware

I think as u get bigger to a degree so does everything else, especially in the off season. Heath has never been bigger, that I have seen anyway.
