thats a plan that you share with many fellow americans !

americans have this problem - they get fat ! i dont know why because most of the rest of the world doesnt have this problem

i blame the american lifestyle and culture and eating habits !

Milos said I can put on about 20lbs per month...so I figure about 240lbs for the year, so if I compete again I should be on stage around 430-435 :-)
