Regarding Onlyme, Melvin Goodrum, and the criteria for which a body is judged

Onlyme likes to make fun of Goodrum. Yet Goodrum is in better shape than Onlyme, he has about 800 pounds less bodyweight, and he is better looking than onlyme at this point.

So, given that we judge with the regular BB criteria, how can an industry veteran like Onlyme make fun of Goodrum when Goodrum scores better on every criteria we use in the BB world?

The guys who talk shit about me have done absolutely nothing in their lives.  So you think guys like this could do anything to me that could affect me.  They are jokes.  I love answering them cause I know it is something they have gone through their whole lives.  Getting made fun f is something these guys are used too.  Now they can hide behind a computer without the chance of getting the shit kicked out of them.  Back in my day guys talked shit in front of you.  Then you can do something about it.  Nowadays you got guys who talk shit cause they can hide.  Big difference.  The punks of today are gutless.  I have learned to adapt to them and just play along.  This place is fun for me.  You guys can have your fun making fun of me.  I have no problem with that.  Most everyone knows my past and the things I have done.  I may look like shit now but it is only temporary.  Stay tuned.

yup.  and I know I need to lose weight, I go to the gym at least 5 times a week, I do only cardio for 40 minutes to an hour BECAUSE BEING OVERWEIGHT IS UNHEALTHY

I've never worried about what Keith says in terms in him calling me overweight because of the following reasons.

1.  Keith constantly bashes others for the same reason
2.  Keith doesn't have the discipline to lose weight
3.  Keith lives off of his glory days
4.  Keith simply doesn't care about himself or others
5.  Keith calling someone fat is like Charles Mason calling someone crazy.

The fact is that I stick to my guns when I say I'm going to do something.  I told ALRI that I would stick to their diet program and now I only weigh 182 pounds after using their Venom Tri-Lean System.  I feel and look much better now and I can't wait until I go to the Arnold Classic and compete in the Muscle Mayhem Classic and Metrolina this year.





BTW...In case you're wondering why I'm posting under a new name, I've asked Ron to close the Vince G account permanently.  Its time for a fresh start and get away from the goofball antics and start being serious about business.  I'm getting married soon and I'm about to turn 31.  I am tired of being a paid stooge for "certain magazine publications" and I need to concentrate on other important things.


In truth, the name "Vince" should represent the true bodybuilding legends.  I pretty much decided that after my name kept popping up in Google when I was trying to look up Vince Gironda.  So the Vince Goodrum character no longer exist and hopefully it will restore back the respect of the "Vince's" in bodybuilding history.
