Fine Print: Paragraph 3, Subsection (iii): "On the condition that you are convicted of a felony, MD shall pay you a salary of $1000 USD for each month during which you maintain your 'convicted felon' status. You understand and agree that, if at any point forthwith, your conviction should be dismissed, overturned on appeal, reduced to a misdemeanor, or otherwise disposed of in a manner that precludes MD's accurate usage of the term 'convicted felon', MD shall be entitled to immediately cancel this agreement and seek reimbursement for any monies previously paid to you under the terms of this agreement."
