Did my vid, uploading tonight.....post tonight or tomorrow.


Didnt get as many as I wanted but did well all things considered, I guess. May do another after the deadline for fun.

Holy shit dude, that was fantastic! (I'm still waiting to see WickedTruth's 15 reps, lots of us can't watch the video he posted for some reason so we're all hoping for a Youtube version).

Am I still the only weakling hoping to manage 1 rep?

I managed 12 clean reps with 405 last night... so I might still try for the 500. Any special prizes for hitting a personal best?

Not much trouble with the shoulder in pulling, but it pinches on the way down in bench OR when getting in squat position. Feeling much better than before!

I need to get my "first time doing the stones" video up. The last stone goes up real slow but I had NO problem lifting it. ;D


I really dont have a ton of speed in me I guess? My 405 bench was the same, slow and steady.

seems to work for you...man I still can't pick up a fucking stone over 250. they keep slipping out of my arms.  >:(

I have gone to a 300 stone with just chalk but past that MUST use tacky. Get some tacky and you will roll a 350 right on up I bet!
