Indy police DON'T ARREST man who tested more than double legal limit for DUI

just last week here in Indianapolis, a cop pulled over a Principle of a local High school for DUI. He had the dashboard camera on too. The guy blew a .18 I think, which is more than double the legal limit...he failed EVERY one of the roadside tests I think, and guess what...HE WASN'T ARRESTED!! The cop drove him home. The guy made a call to someone at the police station that he knew is what I heard..I didn't watch the entire clip, but it was on the news. Utter bullshit I say...they never took me home..they took me straight to jail.( as they should have)

this really pisses me off. if you watch it around the 14 minute mark, the cop is offering to take him home, but he is trying to find someone else to get him so his wife doesn't find out...bull shit. He knew the cop and the cop aknowledges this on video.

I just watched the most boring 17 minutes of my life.   Beach Bum has no reason to bitch about the clips I post   Those are the most bullshit tests.  Why don't they just cut the BS and have the guy blow the breatalizer.  And why were they both talking like they were drunk.  I swear the cop's responses were as bad as the driver.

That is fucked up, just don't post clips like that again   I know, my bust for watching the whole thing
