Damn man, you're practically saying that without this site, Joe would be nothing.  That's very harsh.  I feel for Joe, he seems like a good guy.  I had a friend like Joe once, who would also seek approval and attention at bodybuilding sites.  He was a good guy, did a couple of contests, got married to a fellow competitor and years later turned the cheek and became a full blown homosexual.  The most amazing transformation yet.  There is still time for Joe...

I see a little homo in Joe's future..

Rebounding is all about self control, has nothing to do with high or low carb. Most times people rebound due to diuretic use.
