I definately agree.. now Im about 222 with about 12% bf...
I think there are probably a lot of others with similar numbers and better physiques than me...but if we knew what we were shooting for far enough in advance people would give it there all... IMHO

With $2000 up for grabs in II, I was surprised more didn't do the show.   Some guys here could have placed without even dieting.  Hopefully in III, they'll just go for it and see where they land.

Typical getbig. All talks and no play. I'm one of them so I shouldn't complain. The timing was just bad; and to be honest the promotion was bad as well. I just learned there was 2k for grab. Better than any NPC shit shows

The problem is the cash prize wasn't announced until it was way too late for new people to enter or start prep.  As a result, the prize was pointless as an incentive.  Announce a good cash prize 16+ weeks out, I think you'll have more participation.

not sure that I can diet long enough..I am just looking for some  motivation to kick my work outs in to a higher gear.

1. I'll do it because I'll also do the Romanian Nationals and the competition there is serioaus .
