Let me tell you one thing that can affect lives of the so called bodybuilders or getbiggers, or any one in particular. When you re on your journey of sabotage watchin too much porn, discussing useless debates on getbig, thinking too much, worrying, ore just when you re in a non-porductive state.

Now its time to use some simple tricks to play with your mind a little bit. Raise your cheaks and just put a smile on your face, hold this pose for 1 minute, or longer if you like to. Then notice how you changed your mental state for succes in life. You dont have to think of anythink, thats up to you, just remember to simle for no reason at all and you will change the direction. This tip was for free, use it to your advantage.

You can use this when meeting other people to your advantage, Now that you've gained the other person's attention trough your open body langauge, your eye contact and your beaming smile.What that person is picking up sub-conciosly is an impression not of some grinning, gawking fool ( though you may briefly fear you look like one!) but of someone who is completely sincere.

It seems to me that you need some drug -substances to be yourself and to reach your ultimate goals. It is a quick fix using pot that you obviosly need to continue the journey. It is really a short cut, and you need to take advanage of all the help you can get(even drugs) to ''gain''. When you reach your goal try to tapp off the substances for a short while, preparing for the other goals.
