Small and smooth arms, blocky waist, blocky build in general.

And since he sponsors MuscleShit, that automatically makes him suck IMO :)

i dont know how jay could accept the 2007 mr.o award.  wolf, victor and dexter all easily beat him.  i would have had more integrity and pride than to accept something i didnt rightfully win

Jay is aware of the fact he came in off at the Mr. Olympia, although he did tighten up slightly by the finals.

If his arms were longer and his waist was smaller he would have a dramatically different looking physique.  Troy Alves is a little shorter than Jay and does not have (nor would ever have) the blocky look that Jay has.

a couple issues back in flex, he admitted to having a wide waist. I dont think it was a big deal or anything.
