What is the Thesability of having a music store these days?

In the days of the internet, would it be viable to have a walk in music store? Especially for one that caters to the hard to find artists, and mixes.

Would it just be a waste of time

have to be more than music...go into Newberry Comics or any other music store and half the products are merchandizing...happy bunny, t shirts, funky gifts, etc
