My goal is to drop down to about 190, been hovering around 215 for quit awhile now.

I'd like to gain about 65 pounds of muscle this year.

I only make 15 million a year (sub prime mortgage collapse) and my bench has deteriorated to 550 for only 4 reps. I also haven't banged a model in over a week.
