Gymlift with spotters suck! Useless to ask a gym guy how much weight he do in the squat, bench, dead and other power exercises before u have seen it with your own eyes.
If u ask this guy how much he do in deads he would probably answer 8 plates, when he actually can do 6.
We had one guy in my gym a couple a years ago, if u asked him he did reps on 500+ in incline press. But he didn't told u he Had three guys spotting him, one back and too at each side.
One day he did regular bench, and missed 375 without any spotters, and missed it. He said the barbel went wrong on the way down. But never retried the weight

just moved on to the next exercise.
