guys, i know this is a stupid thread or question, but i just want some opinions. i'm almost 40, and i have never been at 200lbs before. (that's alot of weight for 5'6). i'm only 10lbs away from it. should i just say f'it and beef up another 10, or try to lose weight. i'm at 190 now, and no, i am not the leanest.
my upper body is not that bad, so it kinda balences me out.
