definitely if you plan on lifting still. when i dropped the weight this year i insisted on running outside and my knees were always beat to hell between that and squatting.

hahaha, I ran today with my friend for the first time in a few weeks. Was like 13 degrees with the wind chill and I was in shorts and a hoodie. Knees were aching horribly after 2 miles.
