I got to the gym around 3pm yesterday....It was leg day, after pounding out squats(smith machine ) , Leg Presses, Hacks, Leg extensions and lying leg curls I was about to do some stiff legged deaders.....I noticed though in the 'power rack' a group of fellow asians that were 150 to 175lbs soaking wet with straps and belts and what not...they had 325 and were doing 'deads'...the most they repped were about 4-5 tops....I come over and ask if i can get a set..."Dont worry keep the weight the same.." then I busted out 10 reps easy, no straps and at the tail end of my workout...hahahahah they were ashamed and aknowledged my greatness !!!
