ECA can be bought in a supplement store. It = not drugs.

That also went for M1T, Superdrol and all that other crap. Maybe croatch is 'legally' getting prescribed HRT? That would make him natural according to some people here...

Yeah but it's the training drive it gives that's beneficial. Powerlifters love all manner of stimulants. It certainly doesn't help in getting in calories and so on. I need at least coffee to get to the gym

I didn't take any ephedrine today.. But some tea, a cup of coffee and felt okay. I had a sharp pain my head which didn't bother me much. I had to attend some gay family gathering bs that was full of one bullshit monolouge after another. 

Croatch, ECA is awesome. The edge you get plus the ability to still be functional and productive. Cycling one week off makes the effects come back when you start again.

I had the mega doses to get wired throughout the day. No one could have guess I was high. The Macy's homo stopped everyone from leaving because some old lady went through the door the then the alarm thingy rang, but she was clear, but it still pissed me off wating like almost a minute. I was still satisfied though because I had bought two nice nautica boxers.

I never take aspirin though, but know the blood thinning enhances the effect.  I don't want to be another Tom Prince taking pain meds, just to function.  Next thing, I'll be getting ranked on daily by every getbigger out there..hahah
Just taking in 2 scoops of SuperPump250, proceeded by 12mg ephedrine and other herbal sups.  The pre workout mix is fun.

Yeah, I don't take it for dropping fat, but just to get wound before training.  I dominate every workout though, with or without over the counter crack...haha

yeah i sometimes feel like i am relying on stim' to get a good workout...so ill workout stimulant free for a few days and what i notice is that i work out just as hard if not harder without any stimulants in my system...iit just takes longer to warm up and get my muscles feeling strong.



by the way..does any one have a digestion rate for pill form ephedrine hcl(bronkaid)?   its hard to gauge..how many minutes prior to a workout do you think you should take eca? and....dont you fel like if your getting the caffiene in liquid form(say a redline extreme or a spike) that you shouldfirst take the ea then wait a while to drink the c becuase of the digestion rate differences?   

and oh yeah..the aspirin definitely does help, but not at the 81 mg dosage..youve got to get at least 350-400 mg of aspirin.

I was surprised how much of a kick I was getting out of an otc drug.

Take it with Bronkaid, which has 25 mg ephedrine sulfate.. The two are like totally awesome.

btw, I think caffine is more powerful and less harmful to the heart.

But ephedrine does cause a sharpening of the mind which I really digged.
