My gym has the worst music I have ever heard in my life. It plays Korean love ballads the whole time or extremely cheesey Korean immitation pop.

I had to put my mp3 on max volume today whilst working out.

I find the music in the gym to be an important factor in minute by minute success.

How about you?

I have come across that lots of times at my gym. When they play that slow stuff I think what is up with that slow stuff which I can not stand.When it is on I have my Ipod cracked up to the max.I rather to hear good music that is hard out and not slow crap which bores the hell out me.Slow music also bores me to hell when I am doing cardio as well.

Despite it's geographical isolation New Zealand does have excellent access to quality meat, from lamb to venison, born of its own production. Very good quality.

The meat heat is top quality, cheap, thick, and no threat here of Creutzfeldt-Jakob.

i train late at night - the last hour it's open when the 4 powerlifters come in.

they blast some rammstein metal over the speakers that makes my head hurt. they train with the kid that works at night, so it's okay I guess.

They curse, wrestle, argue, and they often split a 24 pack in the parking lot afterwards.

I don't mind them - i'm doing cardio at that time and they never go near those machines.

This week I have a Jay-Z mixed cd, Aerosmith 'Pump', and the new Nikki Sixx Heroin Diaries CD on my mp3 player.

The Nikki Sixx CD is cool as hell.
