Though getbig standards are different. To a getbigger, anything over 10% is fat but that is not the societal standard.
For a non-bodybuilder, I'd put anything over 17-18% as "fat". I believe the medical standard for non-overweight middle-of-the-road "normal" up until recently was 15% or so.
