hehe, Cardio sucks.
Be sure to make a 15-20 minute break in between cardio sets, you'll burn a lot more calories this way (according to some japanese university, i can look it up if you want proof).
I think he is doing 2 daily sessions of 60 min. each?? Which sounds like too much to me, as long as your diet is spot on. Especially for 16 weeks out, gradually work up to that or you will burn out in two weeks! You are not that out of shape judging by the Olympia preview
AM- 45 min. empty stomach w/ ECA, BCAA during
PM- 30 min. post weight training
