Look good and you kept your waist small for not competing for 10 years, the first time dieting is a bitch after not dieting for that long, but you should do well. I have 16-20 weeks till my next one and haven't gone over 15lbs since my last.....which was my first after almost 20 years, it's alot easier the second time around.............just don't have constant meltdowns like I did
