dude..I have no problem gaining weight (fat)..my problem is staying lean.I am not dieting just trying to eat somewhat clean and stick to "maintenance" caloric intakeI have the worse genetics..I smell food and I gain weight around my gut
If u wanna gain muscle...u gotta eat a LOT.If u do what you're suppose to do you'll gain muscle..if u don't...just fat.
