Dexter is nowhere near 235+ and Levrones arms were nowhere even close to 24 inches, you've been reading to much Flex magazine.

Dexter has been competing at the 230lbs weight for quiet some time now, he was apparently 235 at this year's Olympia but thats doubtful. More like 225-230.
As for his arms, i don't doubt he had 22 inch arms because they were always enormous for his height and frame.-
Look at the comparisons in this FDB, his right arm in particular is as big as Victor's. Simply put he can match anyone in the sport
