I read the entire thing this morning before work. It was very entertaining. The question is- How much of it is really true? I will list below what I think, in my own personal opinion, is true or false.

True- Milos dealt drugs on some level.
False- Milos is the major supplier or still deals today.

True- Milamar got around before she was married (most women do btw

False- She slept with Nasser. I think he made this up to irritate Milos. She may have had a crush or even hit on him...but something does not ring true about this one Nas.

True- Milos used Schmidt in some way, not sure what, during his early years.

False- Nasser is 100% innocent angel who did no rec drugs or wrong of any type. If he was so unlike Milos then why were they hanging out together 24/7? They had a lot in common...most likely even the bad stuff.

False- Milos is a low life con artist with little real intelligence. Both Nasser and Milos are extremely articulate and well educated. All you have to do is listen to either one of them speak and you know right away they are both smart guys.

False- Kovacs used towels to wipe his ass. haha, c'mon Nasser! Funny joke but not true.
True- Kovacs could not do 1 chin up. Kinda believe this.

True- Palumbo was screwed by the NPC.

Milos and Nasser...I know you both my read this so I want you to think about working this out, nonviolently of course

. You guys know better than to waste your time on this Earth with this BS! Oh, leave Dorian out too Nasser! Funny article but I hope Milos does not take it too seriously.

Yeah i would say 15 is right. Even at the amature level half the idiots ruin thier lives getting all mixed up in painkillers and Narcos. They must think the drugs are part of the lifestyle and it is some excuse to get high all the time. Even gym rats I know who dont even step on a stage get all mixed up in it. Popping oxys and shooting bane like its water. Most end up in the gutter too. In trouble with the law, the bank, thier health and the family.

Bodybuilding was ruined a long time ago. Today it is insanity to be a professional.

I recall when Ray Mentzer lived at my place in 1987-88. His partner, Kathy, said there is no way she could live with the guy if he was preparing for a contest. She said the guys would take stuff to be able to work out hard and then need other chemicals to come down from that high. Throw in the various growth agents and you had rather crazy, intense, disturbed guys.

Ray told me in 1991 that all the big guys were getting sick when their bodyweight approached 300 pounds. I never did find out what illnesses he was talking about but we know that Ray had stuffed kidneys. I mean, Ray was a smart guy and we used to argue about all this stuff. He thought certain steroids were merely gonad stimulators. He died in 2001 at the young age of 47. What a waste.

Kai Greene isn't new, he's been competing for years. Cutler isn't new either.

Another disturbing truth of Kovacs....he had OCD in a very weird way...the guy use to rub his nipples until they were raw and bleeding...very strange guy....
