This is a great lineup for the only Southern California Pro Bodybuilding event of the year! It is time to finally come and check out the show, this year at the Los Angeles Convention Center. We will see you there. And predictions will come soon about who is going to win the show... and it won't be Phil Heath!
Are you going to wait until the day of the show again to make your predictions? Tell me oh clueless one who will beat Phil in this show.

Unless Toney brings it 100% with improvements NOBODY is going to beat Phil especially with whats looks like 10-15 extra bounds of muscle. I think we saw the best of Gustavo in 2005.

LIFT Top 5 predictions to qualify for the Olympia:
1. Phil Heath 2. Toney Freeman 3. Silvio Samuel 4. David Henry 5. Gustavo Badell
I agree totally except for maybe flipping between 4 and 5. Gustavo needs to hook back with Milos like when he was 3rd in Olympia.

We can't rule out Desmond Miller, Troy Alves and Will Harris for one of those qualifying spots. Definitely the deepest line up for the Ironman.

I didn't know about those three going in. Gotta revamp my predictions. 1. Heath (all but 100% sure) 2. Freeman (needs to get back with Palumbo and nail the conditioning like last year but with more mass) 3. Gustavo (Call Milos now) 4. Miller (Come in ripped like the Nationals with more back width and he might move up) 5. Samuel (Could be as high as 3rd and he is always on point) 6. Harris (Come in like in precontest photos and no Prince routine ) 4 and 5 can flip flop and I have Henry out of the top 6 because it looks to be a big man's show at this Ironman. My wildcard is definitely Armin Scholz. That guy is a freak and if he can look on stage like he does in the precontest shots look out. Troy is awesome but the glutes and hams are never where the judges want them and in this deep lineup you have to be 100%

Don't look now but you may need to revise those predictions again. Johnny Jackson has been added to the line up! http://www.getbig.com/headlines

This may be the best ironman lineup ever.
Very very deep show.
Come at 100% or dont come at all should be the motto of this show.

I saw Phil Heath in person last October here in Phx at a Max Muscle event. He was about 265 lbs and looked great. Held that weight nicely and was leaner than you might think!!
Might be a deep show, but it is his to lose.

We'll be filming a video series for FLEXONLINE.com with Phil starting tomorrow. Look for it online next week.

Anyone knows where is Ahmad Haidar from that list? He never quit an Ironman for the past few years? Is he already burned out

In the last years the Ironman Inv. was always 2 weeks prior to the Arnolds Classic.
